Countdown to Confetti - Magical Day and No Tomorrow

Welcome to Day Two of the Countdown to Confetti release!   This is such a fabulous release!   I am so excited to be a part of the Confetti Crew and share some of the great products that will be available in the July release.   Remember  these products will be available in the Reverse Confetti store on July 8th!

First up, this oh so sweet set called Magical Day.   It is a fairy tale stamp set with a princess, dragon, castle along with a wand, star, flower and two sentiments.  Today I used the new Abyss ink!   I am in LOVE with this ink color!    It is not like any that I have in my stash.   It is the prettiest  shade of blue.

First my first card, I stamped and colored the images from Magical Day stamp set and cut out with the coordinating Confetti Cut Magical Day set.

I also used the dies to cut several stars from Reverse Confetti Buttercup card stock.

Next I cut a grassy hill from the new Under the Umbrella paper and cut it with the new Pierced Rounded top layer Confetti Cuts set.    I also the Pierced Rounded top layer to cut some RC Mist card stock for the main panel.

I also used the new Premier Polar white elite card stock - it is a beautiful smooth white card stock and is now my new fave for card bases!

I stamped the sentiment in the Abyss ink and then adhered my panel to the card and used foam tape to add all the images.

For my next card, I used the same Magical Day stamped images and die cut with the coordinating Magical Day Confetti Cuts.   I colored the images with my Copic Markers and also cut some clouds from the Take Flight Confetti Cuts in Mist card stock.

I used some Buttercup card stock for my card base and used some patterned paper from the Under the Umbrella paper pad for the top layer.   I added a Pierced Rounded Top panel cut from the new Premier Polar White card stock.

I added some details to my images with a Sakura white gel pen and my Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle pen.

I stamped the sentiment again using the new Abyss ink from Reverse Confetti.  I added some sequins for additional sparkle.

Next up is the stamp set No Tomorrow!    It is the cutest!   I love dinosaur images and this has two dinosaur images, five accent stamps and two sentiments.  For both my cards, I used my Zig Clean Color Markers to color up my images and then cut them out with the No Tomorrow Confetti Cuts.

I used two pieces of Bristol smooth card stock and colored with various Distress Inks to create my night sky and the ground for my scene.   I then cut both panels with the Pierced Rounded Top Layers.

I stamped several of the grassy images from the No Tomorrow stamp set and colored with my Zig markers and cut out with the No Tomorrow Confetti Cuts.   I layered all my images with foam tape onto the panel.

The sentiment was white heat embossed on the panel and then I added some hemp twine at the top.   I used the new Premier Polar White for my card base again! :-)

For my second card, I got a little creative with the Pierced Rounded Top Layer panels.  See that square panel on the card?  I used the Pierced Rounded Top Layer and ran it thru my big shot twice turning it once to cut the rounded top off to create a square!    I love it when I can stretch my dies to use in other ways.

The No Tomorrow images were stamped and colored with Zig markers and cut out with the No Tomorrow Confetti Cuts.   I selected a card panel from the Under the Umbrella paper pad and added a strip of Reverse Confetti Mist card stock.

I stamped a sentiment from the Bitty Banners stamp set in Island Blue ink and cut out with the Bitty Banner Confetti Cuts.   I added some sequins for some sparkle.
