Reverse Confetti - Stock Your Stash - Wedding

Hey there!  I am sharing a card that I did for this month's Reverse Confetti Stock Your Stash Wedding Challenge.   I love creating with silver and gold when I am doing a Wedding card.   To me, these colors are classic and traditional.     I used the Pattern Block stamp set to create my focal point and stamped a sentiment on the inside of the card using the Congratulations stamp set.

I stamped a piece of Vellum card stock with the Pattern Block stamp set and then embossed it with Liquid Platinum embossing powder.   I then added it to some Stormy cardstock that had been trimmed with the Diamond Stripe Square Confetti Cut.   I added gold hearts die cut with the Stamped Note Confetti Cuts.

I stamped the sentiment from the Congratulations stamp set on the inside of a Stormy card base and then heat embossed it with the Liquid Platinum embossing powder.

Reverse Confetti S'more Love

Hey there!   I decided to play along in two challenges today..... The Color Throwdown Challenge and Freshly Made Sketches.    The colors were lime green, green, eggplant, and aqua.   The newest paper pad from Reverse Confetti called Cue the Confetti had the perfect papers to play along in the challenge.   I selected two of them and built my card around the patterned papers.

I used the sketch this week from Freshly Made Sketches once I had my patterned papers selected.  I colored the images from S'more Love and accessorized them with the colors from the Color Throwdown Challenge.

I added a white frame to break up the patterned paper and draw the eye towards the penguins.   I hope you have some crafty time this weekend!

Reverse Confetti - Nuts About You

Hey there!   It's funny how when it turns the hottest in the summer, I am ready to break out the Fall and Christmas stamp sets!  It could be all that the fall decorations are starting to appear every where you look.  I saw this sketch from Freshly Made Sketches and knew immediately that I wanted to create a fall card using the Reverse Confetti Nuts About You stamp set.

I colored up the squirrel, pumpkin and mushroom from the stamp set and die cut them out with the Nuts About You Confetti Cuts.   I used Premier Polar White card stock and used my Copic markers to color them in.   I love this card stock for Copic marker coloring!    I needed a circle for my little grouping and decided to use the Fall for You stamp set and colored the wreath image again with my Copic markers.

The pattern paper is from the Fun Times 6x6 paper pad.   I stamped a sentiment from Nuts about You on the patterned paper.   My little grouping was placed onto a Cloud White card base and I used lot's of foam tape to add dimension to the card.   I added a couple colored jewels and some clear sparkle using my Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle pen.

Here is the link to the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches!   Let me know if you are ready to break out the holiday sets or still hanging onto summer!   I hope you have an excellent day!    Thank you for stopping by!

Happy Birthday Jen! Reverse Confetti Blog Hop

It's Jen's Birthday!  We are celebrating Jen today with a surprise birthday hop! It is so much fun to celebrate such the special day for such a kind and giving person.  I decide to create a birthday card for Jen from the Mod Floral Stack stamp set.   It is one of my all time favorite stamp sets from Reverse Confetti There is just so much that you can do with this stamp set!

I started off by stamping with Reverse Confetti Bellini, Coral and Flamingo ink onto Cloud White card stock.   I used the Mod Floral Stack and created a patterned background.   I trimmed it down and added a Flamingo panel.  I mounted the finished background onto a Stormy card base.

For my main focal point, I wanted to create a jeweled birthday crown and used the new Pattern Builder Confetti Cuts to mimic the crown.   I die cut it with some glittered card stock and added some clear droplets for my jewels.    To make it more of a embellishment, I did add three layers of Stormy card stock that had been die cut as well from the Pattern Builder Confetti Cuts and stacked them together.

For my sentiment, I die cut Midnight card stock with the Flowers for Mom banner and white heat embossed a sentiment from the Mod Floral Stack.   I only inked up a part of one of the greeting so that it fit nicely on my banner.

Please hop along to all the Birthday stops!  I cannot wait to see all the birthday fun that the Design Team has created for Jen!    The full hop list is below!   Thank you so much for stopping by!

Reverse Confetti August Blog Hop!

We are hopping this month and sharing our projects using Reverse Confetti Patterned Papers!  You should have hopped to me from the very talented, Amy Sheffer!   For todays hop, I created a birthday card and treat using the new Cue the Confetti 6x6 paper pad!   I paired it with the Moon Men stamp set, Birthday Wishes and the new Geo Panel Confetti Cuts!

For my birthday card, I trimmed down several of the patterned papers to place behind the Geo Panel that had been die cut with Premier Polar White cardstock.   I used more of the patterned paper and trimmed down attach to my card base and it was trimmed to 4 x 5 1/4 inches and placed on a Polar White card base.

I used some Royal Purple ink to stamp the sentiment onto a Pierced Round Top Layers Confetti Cuts, the sentiment is from Birthday Wishes.    Reverse Confetti store provides you with the color of ink or paper that is used in each paper pad.   In the Cue the Confetti  paper pad, the following colors are used: Salsa, Magenta, Tangerine, Sunshine, Parakeet, Iced Aqua and Royal Purple.   This makes it easy for you to select inks and cardstocks that will match the paper pad.

I love the rainbow colors in the Cue the Confetti paper pad so I decided to create a treat box full of Skittles to match the paper pad.   I filled a Mini Treat Box with yummy Skittles and then wrapped it with more patterned paper from Cue the Confetti.

I decided to add a tag using the Dashed Line Tag cut from Royal Purple cardstock and added some more images from the Moon Men stamp set.  I tied my tag off with some yellow ribbon from my stash.

That is it for me today!  I hope you have fun hoping around and get inspired by all the patterned paper projects!    I cannot wait to hop along myself!  Next up on the hop list is Kelly Lunceford!  She always has such fabulous creations!   I have the full hop list below for you to check out!
