Interactive Haunted House - Taylored Expressions

Hello! I hope you are having a wonderful day!  I am sharing a card that I created for the Inspired By Challenge this week.  The theme this week is Boo!  I had this card in mind with the Haunted Mansion Cutting Plate and the Moonlight Layering Stencil.   I made an easel card so that the moon would be able to move around the sky.

I started by inking a panel of Plum Punch cardstock with Huckleberry and Plum Punch inks.  I then stamped the panel with the Spiderweb Cling and Clear Combo stamp with Versafine Onyx Black ink.  I then splattered the panel with Dr. PH Martin's Bleed Proof White ink.   I then used the Moonlight Layering stencil and blended with Potato Chip, Mango and Pineapple inks.  I die cut the moon out with a circle die.

I die cut the Haunted Mansion Cutting Plate three times from Black Licorice cardstock.  I adhered two of the die cuts together and then layered some orange vellum in between the layered haunted house and the third die cut.  I also layered up the moon with another die cut circle.  I poked a hole for a brad above the window on the top right of the haunted house.   I layered one of the ghosts from Little Critters Halloween to cover the brad.  I colored several of the Little Critter images with my Copics and some Olo markers.  I stamped and die cut some sentiments using the Exclamation Points Die and Clear combo set.

To assemble the card, I used an A2 card base and scored at 2 3/4 inches.  I trimmed the inked panel in half and adhered to the card panel with liquid adhesive.  I then added liquid adhesive to the lower half of the panel being careful not to add any adhesive to the upper part.   I then adhered my stamped and die cut little critters to the panel with a mixture of foam tape and liquid adhesive.  The inside panel I used a sentiment from Ghostly Greetings stamp set and die.

Check out this video here for a peek at how the card works!

Ghosts! Goblins! Halloween!

Hello! I am sharing a Halloween card I made for the Inspired By Challenge.  This weeks theme is Ghosts!  I love Halloween!  I used Taylored Expressions Trick or Treat Border die along with the Moonlight Layering Stencil. I started by card by ink blending with Plum Punch, Dragon Fruit, Pumpkin and Mango inks onto Sugar Cube cardstock.

I die cut from Black Licorice cardstock the Trick or Treat Border die and stamped with the Ghostly Greetings stamp set.

Here is this weeks inspiration photo and sketch!

For the Moonlight stencil, I used Potato Chip and Sea Salt inks to blend the moon. I stamped it with Versamark ink and used some glow in the dark embossing powder.   I die cut the stamped panel with a circle die.

Trick or Treat - The Greetery

Hello!  I am popping in to share my project this week for the Inspired by Challenge.  This week's inspiration was Tail Gate!  I love a fall tail gate party and created these carmel apple snack kits for a party!

I still had some of my Greetery Harvest release on my craft desk and whipped up a few of these to share.   I love carmel apples and it's the perfect time to share!  I used the new carmel apple die with the Tear Strip Tags Halloween stamp set with the Tear Strip die to create the tags.  I added to a Stitched Scallops Notecard die.   I added instructions for how to prepare.

Peace, Love and Belly Rubs - Poppystamps

Hello!  I am sharing a holiday card I made for friends or loved ones that love dogs!  I used some new Poppystamps Christmas release to create this card!  I am also using the sketch for this weeks Inspired by Challenge.

I used the Holiday Corgie along with the Peace, Love and Belly Rubs die.   My background was created using a Hot Foil plate from Erin Lee Creative called Classic Stripes.  If you have not checked out Erin Lee Creative, she has some great prices for her Hot Foil plates!  They are so much fun to work with!

I created the background with the Classic Stripes hot foil plate and kraft cardstock.  I then die cut a panel of what cardstock for the glittered Peace, Love and Belly Rubs die cut sentiment from Glitter Glitz cardstock from Poppystamps.

I die cut the Holiday Corgi from Poppystamps from white cardstock and colored with my Copic markers.  Come play along with the Inspired By Challenge!  Link up here
