Whimsy Stamps You are Loved!

Hey there!  Sharing some new products from Whimsy Stamps!  They have some scripty new word dies along with this beautiful background stamp: Tropical Floral Background, You Are and Love word dies!

I stamped and clear embossed the Tropical Florals background stamp onto some watercolor paper.  I used my watercolors to add various greens to the panel. So much detail in this stamp!

I die cut the You are and Love Word dies and stacked three layers of die cuts.  These word dies are fantastic as you have the option to combine them into different ways!  You have the option of "You Are" or "You're"; "Love", "Lovely", or "Loved"

My card base along with the Hello was created with the Card Front Element Builder III SugarCut.  The sentiment is from Everyday Sentiments stamp set along with the Sentiment Strips SugarCut.

Come play along in the challenge!   The full rules are below but you can also see this month's challenge and information on the SugarPea Designs blog post!  Thank you for stopping by!

Whimsy Stamps - Mini Release Surf Shark

Hello!  Welcome to a new mini release from Whimsy Stamps!   I used two new products today on my slimline card:  Daisies Embossing Folder and Surf Shark stamp set.

The new Daisies Embossing Folder can be used for Slimline cards.  I used the embossing folder to create the orange panel for my card today.   I added another layer of white cardstock that has been die cut with the Slimline Envelope Edger die set.

I stamped the Surf Shark onto Neenah 80 lb and colored with my Copic markers.   I added some Distress Stickles to the surfboard for some extra sparkle!   I trimmed the image down and added to my card panel with foam tape.

My sentiment is made from a combination of Bold ABC die set to create the Big Wave and then I added the hello from the Sending Sunshine stamp set.

Check out more of the new release from the Designer Inspiration below!

Whimsy Stamps - Gnome Summer Sweet

Hello!  There are some cool new treats available at Whimsy Stamps.   How sweet is this Gnome Summer Sweet stamp set!   I stamped the images out and colored with my Copics.   I trimmed down the stack of ice cream scoops and piled it onto the clouds in the Slimline Cloud die set.

I used the new Revealers 1 die set to sneak some of that yummy Taffy Slimline Paper Pack!  I love this new patterned paper pack and I have seen some really great projects from the Design team with this!

I stamped several of the sentiments from the Gnome Summer Sweet stamp set onto the clouds from the Array of Rainbows die set.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

Whimsy Stamps July Mini Release Beach Setting

Hello!  I am popping in to share a new stamp from Whimsy Stamps called Beach Setting.  I don't know about you but I need a beach vacation and this stamp sends just the right vibes!  I really love these deeply etched red rubber stamps that Whimsy Stamps has.  They have such beautiful details.

I stamped the image and colored with my Copic markers.  I trimmed it down like a Polaroid picture so fitting for a beach scene.   I did some creative die cutting with the Extreme Postage Die to go from a rectangle to more of a square!

I then layered it onto an aqua card panel stamped with the Buffalo Plaid background stamp with kraft colored ink.  I trimmed it down with the Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle die set.

I stamped a simple Thank you from the Simple Sentiment Strips.  I die cut it with Bookmark & Tags die set.   Check out the new release at Whimsy Stamps here!

Thanks for stopping by!

Reverse Confetti July New Release Blog Hop

It's Release Day!  The July New Release is now available at Reverse Confetti!  To celebrate we have a huge blog hop today!   Hop around and be inspired with the products from the new release.

I combined the new Hummingbird and Bloom stamp sets along with the new Circle Elements Confetti Cuts.  I just love the big bold flowers in the new Bloom stamp set!!  I colored them with my Copic markers and then die cut with the Bloom Confetti Cuts.

I colored the Hummingbird with some light browns and blues.  I had so much fun coloring a bunch of these in preparation for the release!   For my card base, I used Cloud cardstock and die cut it with the new Circle Elements Confetti Cuts.   I then stamped it with the Background Builder stamp set using Stone ink. I then layered this onto a RC Aqua card panel.   I just love the pop of aqua peeking through the panel!

The sentiment is from the Bloom stamp set and I stamped and trimmed it down and added it to the card panel with foam tape.  I popped up the yellow daisy using the accent images in the Bloom stamp set and popped up another aqua flower at the top of the card panel.

SugarPea Designs - Waves of Love

Hey there! I love the new Salty Seagulls and Waves of Love stamp sets from the Summer release.  I paired them up today with one of my favorite color combinations of yellow and aqua.

I stamped all my images from Salty Seagulls and Waves of Love and colored with my Copic markers.   I die cut the images out with the matching Salty Seagulls and Waves Of Love SugarCuts.

To make my little scene, I die cut different colors of cardstock with the Postage Stamps Cover Panel with the smaller Postage die using white, kraft and aqua cardstocks.  I like layering these together.   I ink blended with the Sunburst Stencil onto the white die cut.  I ink blended with aqua and dark blue ink onto the aqua die cut. I then used the tiny wave die from the Nautical Notions to trim out a wave from the interior of the aqua die cut.  I trimmed each of the down and then layered together with liquid adhesive.

I layered my panels onto a light yellow card panel that had been die cut with the largest Stitched Rectangles SugarCut.  I stamped a sentiment from Waves of Love and trimmed down and adhered to my panel. These stamp sets are so adorable!!

What is your favorite from the release?  Have a wonderful day!

Countdown to Confetti Day Three

Hello! Welcome back to the Countdown to Confetti July Release!   Today we are sharing Hummingbird and Oceans of Love.  These are such cute sets.

I started off with the Peekaboo Cover Panel and die cut it from white cardstock.  I then layered on the new Circle of Waves Confetti Cuts using Mist, RC Aqua and Iced Aqua cardstock.   Reverse Confetti has such cool dies!

I stamped the images out from Oceans of Love and colored with my Copic markers.   There are matching Oceans of Love Confetti Cuts to die cut them out.  I layered some directly to the panel with liquid adhesive and others were popped up with foam tape.   My sentiment is from This Says It All stamp set that was previously released.

The new Hummingbird set is so adorable!   I colored quite a few of these different colors.   I used my Copic markers to color up the stamped images for Hummingbird.  I die cut them out with the Hummingbird Confetti Cuts.   I tried some new combinations to me.  It was fun experimenting with new color combos.

R01, R02, R05, R08, B02, B01, B00, B000, Y11, Y15, YR23, RV02, RV04, RV00

I used the new Stitched Pinwheel Cover Panel and just used the outside piece.   The interior pieces have stitching details.   I saved these from another card project!  I stamped a sentiment from the Hummingbird stamp set and trimmed it down.   I finished the card with some crystal jewels.
