Whimsy Stamps - Back to School

Hello!  I am popping in to share a new stamp from Whimsy Stamps called Back to School! How adorable are these images!   I stamped the images out onto Neenah 80lb cardstock and colored with my Copic markers.   I trimmed each image with my Scan and Cut.

I die cut navy cardstock with the Slimline Stars Background die.  Underneath, I layered strips of rainbow colored cardstock.    I added some silver stars that had been die cut with the same die.

For my sentiment, I stamped onto a die cut with the Scallop Circle Frames die set. I layered on my stamped and colored images with foam tape.  I added some details with a white gel pen.

Whimsy Stamps - Beam Me Up!

Hello!  I hope you are doing well.  I have a really cute card that is perfect for a young boy or teenage that love space!  It's so hard to me to make masculine cards but with these cute aliens, it made it really easy.

I started off by stamped the Cosmic Half Tone Oval stamp set with kraft ink onto kraft cardstock.  I then die cut the panel with the Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle die.  I die cut the Space Minions from some dark green, mustard and olive cardstock.  For their eyes, I used black sparkle cardstock and just simply cut enough to cover the eyes.

The sentiment is from the Wait for Me Stamp set.  I love this sentiment and it went perfect with the Space Minions die.  I stacked my minions up on the card with foam tape.  This turned out perfect for my son's birthday card.  I stamped a birthday sentiment on the inside.

Whimsy Stamps - UFWhoa Birthday

Hello!  Whimsy Stamps has a mini release now available!  I used the new USWhoa stamp set, Slimline Nebula paper pack, Revealers 3 die and the Spaceships die.

I love the new UFWhoa stamp set and colored my images with Copic markers.   I trimmed the image down and then added some details with a white gel pen.

My card base was made by combining the Slimline Nebula paper pack with the new Revealers 3 die.  These dies are so cool and different than anything else I have seen in the paper crafting world!  I love the possibilities with these die and have seen some really creative ideas from the design team.  I used the Celestial Zodiac background stamp and created the aqua panel as if the alien is bursting into a new world!

I die cut out the Spaceship dies from black and silver glitter cardstock and added these little details to my space scene!   Come check out what the Design Team has in store for you with this release!

They are outta this world!!!  Check out the new release at Whimsy Stamps!!

SugarPea Designs - Vintage Hello

Hello!  I absolutely love the Vintage Telephone SugarCut! I started by die cutting the phone from black, grey, cream and black sparkle cardstock.   I doubled up the die cuts to make them nice and sturdy since they were going to be my main focal point.

I added a little flower using the Floral Pocket Tag SugarCut.  I die cut the largest flower using cream cardstock and used some lime green cardstock for the leaf.  I adhered the flower together with liquid glue and then added to the card panel with foam tape.

My panel was created using the Buffalo Check background stamp with dark pink ink onto light pink cardstock.   I die cut the panel with the Postage Stamp SugarCut.   I then added a sentiment from the Beautiful Books stamp set.  I stamped the Hello Friend onto a Stitched Scalloped Rectangle SugarCut.

Hope you have a wonderful day friends!

Whimsy Stamps Slimline Observation Deck

Hello there!  Whimsy Stamps has a new release today that is getting me in the mood for Halloween.  I used several new products from this release:  Slimline Observation Deck die, Space Aliens die and the Space Minions die.  I could not help but think Halloween and went with a creepy theme!

I die cut the Slimline Observation Deck die from black and gold sparkle cardstock.  I layered this onto some light grey cardstock that had been inked with Cosmic Half Tone Oval rubber stamp.

I die cut the Space Aliens and the Space Minions from green, mustard and tan cardstock.  For the Space Minions I backed the eyes with some black sparkle cardstock.  I used a sentiment from Simple Sentiments stamp set. I thought it went well with the theme!

Reverse Confetti August New Release Blog Hop

Hello!  Today is release day and the new mini release from Reverse Confetti is now available.  We have a blog hop to celebrate.   I have created two projects using the new Floral Chain Cover Panel and Scripty Sentiments stamp set.

First up, I trimmed down the right edge of the panel to create a shaped top panel for my card.  I used Salsa, Rose, Flamingo, Piggy Bank and Lime Green cardstock to make the flowers using the Floral Chain Cover Panel.

For the inside of the panel, I used the Plaid Lines Large and Plaid Lines Small and ink blended with Stone ink to create the background and stamped a sentiment from Scripty Sentiments.

For my next card, I used the same cardstock colors and layered the Floral Chain Cover Panel onto the stenciled background like I did with the previous card.

I stamped a sentiment from Scripty Sentiments onto the main panel.   I love the soft greys with the pinks and reds!

What is your favorite from the new release?  Check it out all below and have fun hopping along with the Blog Hop to celebrate!

Countdown to Confetti Day Two

Welcome back to day two of the Countdown to Confetti!  The August mini release will be available at midnight on August 8th!

I created this slimline design card using the new Floral Chain Cover Panel.  I die cut several of the flowers and then stacked them on top of one another!  I added a few of the little small daisy's from the Hello Daisy Cover panel.   I wanted to create a chain of flowers across the card panel.

The sentiment is from the Scripty Sentiments stamp set.  I just love this font!  It is so beautiful!  For my card base, I stamped the background with the solid circle stamp from Background Builders stamp set. I die cut the panel for the sentiment using the Bag & Tag Creator Confetti Cuts.  I added a strip of Bumblebee cardstock to peek out from the white flowers.

Well that is it for me today!  You need to check out what the design team has in store for you today!  Check it out below!
