Reverse Confetti - Stock Your Stash Challenge - Ice Cream Social

Hey there!  This month's Reverse Confetti Stock Your Stash challenge is a great one!   It is all about birthdays!   I just love this last release!  It has so many cute new products that will become staples in your craft supplies!    Like the new On the Curve Cover Panel and the new stamp set, Ice Cream Social.    For my background, I die cut the On the Curve Cover Panel with white card stock and then used several Distress Ink Oxides to color the curved pieces.   I wanted more of a pastel color palette.

My sentiment is from So Many Sentiments stamp set and was white heat embossed onto a strip of Midnight cardstock.

The stamped images are from Ice Cream Social onto Premier Polar White cardstock.   I colored the bear and ice cream truck with my Copic markers and die cut with the  Ice Cream Social Confetti Cuts.

SugarPea Designs - Elephant Parade

Hello there!   It's Tricia here today sharing a birthday card using Elephant Parade and CarnivalScape.   These two sets go so well together!   It is really easy to create a bright and colorful card using the landscape die with either white or black card stock.   The colorful stamped images and ink blended background really pop off the die cut landscape panel.   I used white but this would look great as well with a black landscape panel.

The stamped images for my card today are from Elephant Parade.   This is one of my favorite SugarPea stamp sets!   I love creating scene cards and the images in this set allow you to make so many different scenes!   I colored my images with Copic markers.   The sentiment from Elephant Parade was stamped onto black card stock and white heat embossed.   I cut the end off at an angle.

The main card panel was ink blended with some Distress Inks: Seedless Preserves, Picked Raspberry, and Fossilized Amber.   I die cut the CarnivalScape from white card stock and added to the ink blended panel with foam tape to allow it to pop up off the card.   I added my stamped images from Elephant Parade with foam tape.

For a final touch, I added some matching jewels for a little bit of sparkle.  Thanks so much for joining me today!   I hope you have a wonderful day!

Reverse Confetti - Ice Cream Social

Hey there!   I am playing along with the Color Throwdown Challenge this week, the colors are Coral, Aqua and Navy!

I used the new Ice Cream Social stamp set from Reverse Confetti
along with the new Split Circles Cover Panel to create a card to send to a friend.  I stamped the puppies from Ice Cream Social onto Premier Polar White and then colored with my Copics.   I die cut with the Ice Cream Social Confetti Cuts.

Next I die cut the Split Circles Cover Panel from Navy card stock and then cut a piece from the cover panel to create a split panel and added a sentiment from Word Up to the white card base.   I backed the Navy Split Circles Cover Panel with some Iced Aqua card stock.   I added some coral enamel dots from my stash!

This is such a great color combination!   I just love it!    Thanks for stopping by!

Reverse Confetti - Party Animal

Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there!    I had a little crafty time yesterday and played along with The Card Concept.    The challenge this week was an inspiration photo of Galoshes Galore.   I created my card based upon the bright color of the galoshes.

I used the new Party Animal stamp set and Confetti Cuts and paired it with the Over the Rainbow Confetti Cuts.    I started out stamping several images from Party Animal onto Premier Polar White card stock and then colored with my Copic markers.   I pulled the colors from the galoshes into my images.

The rainbow was also colored with my Copics as well.    I just loved this last release from Reverse Confetti!    To create my card panel, I trimmed down some white card stock to 8.5 x 3.5 inches.  I love these slimline cards!     I ink blended with Mermaid Lagoon and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide inks.   I left the panel just as is and love the bright and bold color and how the colored images just popped of the panel.   I added a few details with my white gel pen.

For my grass, I used the recently released Stitched Note & Frames Confetti Cuts and used the smallest stitched piece and ink blended with Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide inks.   Onto this panel, I die cut from white card stock the "party" from Party & Celebrate Confetti Cuts.

I stamped a sentiment from Party Animal onto Midnight card stock and white heat embossed it.   I added some die cut clouds from Over the Rainbow Confetti Cuts.   I wanted the top monkey to appear as if he is flying in the sky with his bicycle and balloons.    I was inspired for this idea from the release week and Keeway Tsao card that you can see here.   It was absolutely adorable!

SugarPea Designs Sweet 2 Repeat Blog Hop!

Hey there!  I am back today with the SugarPea Designs Sweet 2 Repeat Blog Hop!  I am sharing a card I made with the new stamp set, Strike Up the Band!   I really love these sweet little images and thought that they would make a great card for a new baby.   So I designed my card around a pink and blue color theme and colored my images to match.

I stamped my images onto Neenah Solar White and colored with my Copic markers.  I kept the coloring light and airy as it gave them more of a story book feel.   I die cut them out with the Strike Up the Band SugarCuts.  Aren't these images just the cutest!

For the card panel, I used the new Card Front Element Builder II and used the skinny strips die and die cut it twice from the top of the light pink panel.   I then ran it through with the largest pierced die from the Card Front Element Builder II SugarCut.    This allowed the aqua blue to peak thru the card panel.

I choose the sentiment from the stamp set that I felt could be used for the occasion.  I stamped the sentiment on the lower half of the panel with Versafine Onyx Black ink and clear heat embossed it.   I layered it onto a aqua card base.   I added some Nuvo drops in Bubblegum Blush.    That finished off the card and now I am ready for the baby shower!    Please make sure that you check out the blog hop and see what the other Design Team members have to share with you!   Full hop list is below.

There is a $20 gift certificate to the SugarPea Designs store up for grabs so please be sure to comment along the hop for a chance to win!

Reverse Confetti May Release Blog Hop!

It's release day at Reverse Confetti!   All the new May release products are available to purchase in the Reverse Confetti Store.   I created several projects to share today and first I am sharing a birthday card created with Party Animal.

I stamped the images onto Premier Polar White card stock and die cut with the Party Animal Confetti Cuts.  I colored with my Copic Markers and then stacked each one on top of the other.   The card panel was created with the new Party & Celebrate Confetti Cuts.  I first stamped a panel of Iced Aqua with the Elemental Stripes stamp set and then die cut the Celebrate word die from the stamped panel and some RC Aqua card stock.

I then inlayed the RC Aqua pieces into the panel.   The Bumblebee panel was die cut with the Diagonal Stripes Cover Panel and then trimmed down to 5 1/4 by 4 inches.    I added my stamped and colored images with foam tape and then added some details with my Crystal Glaze and clear sparkling sequins.

Next up, I used the new Square & Circle Frame and die cut some patterned paper from Sweet Stripes 6x6 paper pad and also die cut it from some white card stock.

In the corners, I used some adhesive strips in each corner of my card base and added some glitter to the corners.   My puppy images are from the new Ice Cream Social stamp set and Confetti Cuts.   I colored with my Copic markers.

For the stitched circle from Square & Circle Frame Confetti Cut I inked some Distress Oxide Cracked Pistachio ink.    The sentiment is from the new So Many Sentiments and was white heat embossed onto Midnight card stock.  The tiny hearts come from Heart Pals.

My birthday tag is the new See Through Tag Confetti Cuts.   I die cut two tags, one from Premier Polar White and the second from Iced Aqua.

I adhered them together and placed a piece of acetate between the two.  Afterwards, I realized I could have used card stock but the acetate was a little thinner.   I stamped a sentiment on one side from Party Animal and on the other side a Circle sentiment from Christmas Circles in Iced Aqua ink.  You will notice I took the die cut small circle and put it on the opposite side.

I then added an elephant, a balloon and party hat from Party Animal and colored with my Copic markers.    I added some clear sequins and yellow and white twine to finish it off.

All products are available to purchase today from Reverse Confetti!    We have a super special blog hop today to celebrate the release.    Please make sure that you hop along with us for more product inspiration!!

Thank you for stopping by and hanging out with me the past few days!

Reverse Confetti Cake & Champagne

It's day three of the Countdown to Confetti May Release and 6th Birthday Celebration!   We are showing you today the new stamp and Confetti Cut Cake & Champagne which is a beautiful stamp set!

I absolute love this stamp set.   It comes with several accessories for the cake as well as a Champagne Flute.    This set could be used for weddings, anniversaries and birthdays.   I went to Pinterest page and searched for wedding cakes to get inspired.   I wanted to keep my cake really light as I had in mind this background when I was thinking about this card.

I ink blended with Distress Oxides in Tumbled Glass, Cracked Pistaschio and Peacock Feathers.   After it was dry, I covered the card panel with Nuvo Glimmer paste in Moonstone.   I let it dry overnight and then die cut a piece of white card stock with the On the Curve Cover Panel.    I die cut the On the Curve Cover Panel from white card stock and then layered it directly onto the sparkling ink panel.

After looking thru many images for inspiration, I colored my cake with Copic markers and stamped out several detailed images from Cake & Champagne and then started layering them onto the cake image.   The sentiment is from Cake & Champagne and was white heat embossed onto an Iced Aqua using the Pierced Round Top Layers panel and stamped another sentiment on the inside of the card.

We have a blog hop to celebrate the release and Reverse Confetti's 6th Birthday!   Hop along today and make sure to leave comments as you go, the Confetti Crew and Fetti Friends are sure to fill you with inspiration! Be sure to return for tomorrow's final day of sneaks.  The release will be available on May 8th.
