Inspired By Pink Hot Chocolate!

The Inspired By Challenge team is pairing up with the Coffee Loving Papercrafters this week featuring the Sweet Valentine Wishes printables in Laurel's Etsy shop!

I created a card and tag to add to a bag filled with hot chocolate bombs!   These projects were so easy to create with the printables Sweet Valentine Wishes!  I actually had another tag but it must have looked very yummy as my pup decided to snag it before I could get a photograph!  Needless to say, he thoroughly enjoyed it!

I used a tag die that I had in my stash and created this tag adding some details with other die cuts from my stash.  The mug, sentiment and background paper is all from the Sweet Valentine Wishes printable!

Here is a card I created with some of the other images from the collection.  The panel, sentiment and background images are from the collection.  I just added the heart strip die cut and some die to add more details to the card.

I hope that you get a chance to play along with us this week and check out Laurel's Etsy shop and the Coffee Loving Papercrafters Facebook page!

Reverse Confetti Blog Hop - Love is in the Air

It's time for the February Reverse Confetti Blog Hop!

This month's them is Anything But a Card with a Valentine theme!   I decided to stick with the traditional Valentine color combo and used all of the cardstock colors in the Reverse Confetti Combo #4 - Rose, Flamingo, Salsa and Piggy Bank.

You should have arrived from Amy Kolling's blog

I made several treat boxes using the Clear Treat Box and Box Wrap Combo.   I wanted to stamp a small heart on my box wraps so I looked thru my Reverse Confetti stamp sets and found the cute little cutout circle heart in the Circle Wishes stamp set.    I stamped them with the corresponding ink from the Ink Color Combo #4 onto the box wraps.   For the third treat box, I used the Falling Hearts panel cut from white cardstock.

To decorate my boxes, I stamped the dinosaurs from No Tomorrow and then only colored in the spines and circles with red Copic markers.   I die cut them with the No Tomorrow Confetti Cuts.   That is the only coloring that I did so that they would match my Valentine color theme.   I die cut some hearts from the XOXO hearts Confetti Cuts and added them to the box wrapped treat boxes.
For the last one, I added some cardstock to the inside for the dinosaur and hearts to pop off from the Salsa cardstock!

For my sentiments, I used the Heart Filled Sentiments and white heat embossed them and die cut them with the Tag Duo Confetti Cuts.    I tied them to the boxes with some white and silver twine from my stash.   I added some Clear Sparkle from my Spectrum Noir Sparkle pen to the dinosaurs.      I then filled them with some Hershey Kisses, Valentine York Peppermint Patties and the last one had some cute socks from Target.   I can't wait to hop along myself to see what everyone has created! I love to make Valentine treats!

Next up on the hop is the adorable Lisa Henke!

Please make sure that you hop along to see all the wonderful Love projects that the Confetti Crew has created to share with you!  Thanks for stopping by!

Neat and Tangled - Card for the Heart Card Drive

First I want to thank 7 Kids Craft Store for my prize package!    I recently won some of the items from the most recent Neat and Tangled release and I received my prize this past Friday and inked them up right away.

I was getting a packet ready for shipping for the Cards from the Heart Card Drive and these stamps came in real handy.   If you have not heard about Cards from the Heart Card Drive, you can read about it hear.   But you better act quick if you want to send some in, Winter needs them by 1/31!

I used the new Beavers Eh stamp and die set along with the new Nesting Hexagon Stencil.    I had fun coloring these images!    Some of my sentiments were from other Neat and Tangled sets, My Favorite Nut and Lumber Jack Love.   I shared image that I colored up on my instagram account using the Koalifications    Follow me to see a picture of it!

Here are some close up's of those adorable beavers!  I used Copic Markers to color them:  E30, E31, E34 and E35.   The darker Beaver I used E37, E35 and E34.  For the bellies, I used E50 and E51, I added a little R11 to make them pink.

Avery Elle Hogs & Kisses - One last Valentine Card for the Card Drive

Hey there!    I have one last card to share of the cards that I created for the Cards from the Heart Card Drive.   I mailed them off this week and hoping (fingers crossed) that they make it there on time.    I only made 31 cards of the 50 that I was shooting for but I ran out of time and had other weekend activities that kept me busy!

I used the Avery Elle Hogs & Kisses set again!   It is so darn cute!

I used several stamp sets to make the cards - MFT Watercolor stripes, Linen, and Swiss Dots Background stamps.    I used the Snow Drift Borders to cut the grassy area.   The Hogs & Kisses stamp set, I used several of the images and colored with Copic Markers.

Avery Elle - Hogs & Kisses Valentines

I made another batch of Valentine Cards for the Cards from the Heart Card Drive using the super cute Avery Elle Hogs & Kisses stamp set.    The images were stamped onto Bristol Smooth card stock and then watercolored with Zig markers.   I cut the images out with my Scan and Cut.    I layered the stamped image on a white square cut with a pinking edge die from MFT and then layered on a Grout Grey card stock notecard stamped with a Typewriter background in Grout Grey Ink.

MFT Stamps - Valentine Cards

Here are some more cards I made using the same sketch that I made with my previous post but changed it up just a little bit by adding various images, some cloud die cuts and ink blending a sky onto the background circle.

I have stamped images that I have colored at different times and throw into a container for later use.   So I went thru all my images and pulled out some that I thought went well with the sketch.

And this week, I got two more Valentine stamp sets in the mail and one more on the way!   Can't wait to ink them up!

All the supplies used on these cards are from My Favorite Things with the exception of the sentiment.   The sentiment is from a Simon Says Valentine set from the past.

Thanks for stopping by!
