Whimsy Stamps - Slimline Pines

Hello!  I am sharing a card that I made with the Slimline Pines stamp set.  I used various small ink cubes in greens and browns to ink up the stamp.

I paired the Pines stamp with the Savior stamp set.  The sentiment was created by using several of the stamps from the Savior stamp set.   I also die cut the tiny crosses from the Savior die set.

I die cut the stamped panel along with some silver cardstock with the Slimline Cornered Rectangles. These are perfect to layer upon each other.

Whimsy Stamps - Calm Christmas

Hello!  Happy Halloween!  I am popping in to share this super cute snowman from Calm Christmas.  This snowman is chilly at the beach!

I stamped the snowman from Calm Christmas onto a die cut Scallop Circle Frame and colored it with my Copic markers.   I added in details with a white gel pen.

I stamped some blue cardstock with the new Nordic Background Rubber stamp with dark blue navy ink.   I added some die cut snowflakes from the Shaker Maker Glitter Globe die.

The sentiment is from the Calm Christmas stamp set and was white embossed onto black cardstock.   Check out the Whimsy Stamps New Release here!

I used the new Gargoyle and Friends stamp set and colored up this cute image with my Copic Markers.  I cut the image out with my Scan and Cut.   I created a spooky background with the new Slimine Embossing Folder Bats Galore.  I love the texture that it adds to the card!

SugarPea Designs - Christmas Tags

Hello!  I love to make handmade tags for my Christmas presents each year and coordinate it with my wrapping paper.  I have some kraft Christmas paper and these tags I made today will go perfectly with the wrapping paper!

I used the Stitched Rectangles and Stitched Scalloped Rectangles as the base of my tags.  I double up on the Stitched Scalloped die cuts with some black and kraft cardstock.  This helps to keep the tags sturdy and allows for you to write a message on the back of the tag.

I die cut two olive green card panels with the Stitched Rectangles SugarCut and stamped it with the Buffalo Check Background stamp and olive ink.  I trimmed them down to 1.5 inches and adhered to the kraft Stitched Rectangle die cut.

I stamped the Christmas Tree from the Always Welcome stamp set onto cream cardstock and die cut out with the Always Welcome SugarCut.  I adhered this directly to the tag with liquid adhesive.  I die cut the Merry Word with Shadow SugarCut from cherry red and cream cardstock and adhered to the tag.   Punch a hole in the top with a hole punch and add some hemp twine!

These are super simple to create and easy for mass producing for the holidays!   Change up the color combinations to match your holiday papers! Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Whimsy Stamps - Christmas Critter Wishes

Hello!  Whimsy Stamps has a mini release out today with some super cute and fantastic products for holidays and slimline cards!   I love that they now have background stamps, papers and die specifically for slimline card designs!

I used the new Slimline SurReally Cool Christmas paper pack to create my card panel for this holiday card.  I simply trimmed it down to 3.5 by 8.25".  I then layered some white panels that had been die cut with the Kinetic Curved Hill dies.  I layered the panels with some foam tape and stamped a sentiment from Christmas Critter Wishes onto the panel.   I added some snowflakes die cut with the Shaker Maker Glitter Globe die.

See that super cute tree! That was made with the new Decorate a Tree die along with the Nordic Background Stamp set.  I die cut a light green and dark green panel for each Christmas Tree panel.  I stamped the light green panels with the Nordic Background.   Then I layered the pieces onto the panel to create some dimension.

The new Christmas Critter Wishes stamp set is just too cute!  I love this reindeer and could not wait to color this cutie up!   I colored with my Copic markers and then trimmed down with my Scan and Cut.  Just love those lashes!  Make me swoon!

SugarPea Designs - Mix It Up Challenge- S"more Fun

It's time again for a new Mix It Up Challenge at SugarPea Designs!  Each month there is a new challenge with an inspiration photo and a sketch that you can pick one or mix it up!   I drew inspiration for my card from the photo this month.  Nothing better than cozy flannel and some warm cookies!

I decided to create a S'more Treat Gift Card Holder.   I used the snowman from the Christmas Characters SugarCut as the topping of my S'more.   To create the S'more, I die cut two panels:  1) one from the Postage Stamp Cover Plate from kraft cardstock and then inked the edges with some brown ink. 2) for the chocolate layer, I die cut from espresso cardstock with the Stitched Rectangles and inked the edges with dark brown ink.

I layered my graham cracker and chocolate onto a panel of cream cardstock that had been stamped with the Buffalo Check Background Stamp to mimic the flannel blanket.  I adhered the panels with liquid adhesive to A2 card base.   I die cut all the pieces of the snowman from the Christmas Characters SugarCut and then layered onto the Floral Pocket Tag SugarCut.   The snowman will hold a gift card tucked behind in the pocket on the back of the tag.   My sentiment is from Cool Treats and went perfectly with this card!

Come play along in the challenge!   The full rules are below but you can also see this month's challenge and information on the SugarPea Designs blog post!  Thank you for stopping by!

Whimsy Stamps - Hot Stuff Crew!

Hello! There is a mini release today at Whimsy Stamps and I created this Slimline card using some of the new products and created this Thank You card with the new Pumpkin Spice Pandas stamp set.   I also paired it with the new Slimline Embossing Folder - Sweater and Stuff Word die.

I colored my little panda like a chipmunk!  He looks so happy with his festive pumpkin spiced latte.  I added the Slimline Scalloped Pocket Die so that you can stuff some cash and leave it for someone during Thanksgiving or Halloween for a thank you for all that you do!   I stamped the pocket with the Buffalo Plaid Background stamp.

The new Stuff Word die is so adorable.  I love that you can make so many different sayings - I went with Hot Stuff Crew! I stamped the Word die with the Criss Cross Gingham Background stamp.
