Sunflowers - Pink Fresh Studios

 Hello!  It's time for another weekly challenge at Inspired By.  This week's challenge is Sunflowers!  I love to color flowers and had this Sunflower stamp set from Pink Fresh Studios.   I decided to go with a fall color inspiration!  Once August hits, I am so ready for fall!  My sentiment is from Poppy Stamps Foil it and die cut combo.  

I used the new The Greetery Aida Cloth Texture Plate to add some texture to my background panel.   I stamped the images from Sunflower stamp from Pink Fresh Studios and colored with my Copic markers.  This stamp is unique in that the entire stamp set stamps out multiple images and the die will die cut all the images at once.  I do have to put into my Misti at an angle.   But I love that there is only one die to place on the stamped images to cut them all out at once!

All White - Simplicity

 Hello! I am sharing a card that I made for this week's Inspired By Challenge!  This week's theme is neutrals.  I decided to make a wedding gift tag using all white cardstock and some recent items I picked up from The Greetery!   

What a freedom to create a blank slate with white and dies!   Look how gorgeous the details of the die cuts stand out!  

I used the new Embroidered Blooms die and the Stitched Scallops Notecard die!  LOVE these! I just added some clear droplets to finish it off.  I toyed with a sentiment banner that was gold embossed but felt that it was more striking with just the die cuts!  What do you think?

Oceans of Love

 Hello!  I am sharing a card I made for the Inspired by Challenge!  This week's them is Fish!  I used on older MFT Stamp called Gill Friends from Birdie Brown.  You can still find this set around but I don't see it on the MFT Stamps site.   I used a wave stencil to create the deep blue for my ocean.  I started with teal cardstock and then added dark blue navy ink along with teal ink and blended on to the colored card panel.  This was much easier than starting with a white card base.   

I stamped and die cut my images and then added details with a white gel pen.  I used Copic markers to color in all the fish.   The sentiment is from another older Birdie Brown stamp set!   I added some dark jewels and to add more sparkle I used my Spectrum Noir sparkle pen.  Come join in the fun at Inspired by Challenge blog!

Taylored Expressions - Big Happy

Hello!  It's time for another Inspired By Design Challenge!  Today it is all about the alphabet or you can use a big bold sentiment for your card!  I chose to use the big bold sentiment. I have had the Big Happy Cling and Clear combo stamp for a while and inked it up all rainbow.  There are several different type of sentiments and I decided to go with one I could use for my upcoming anniversary! 

I used several Taylored Expressions Inks:  Fruit Punch, Pumpking, Mango, Lime Zest and Blue Raspberry inks.  I added some dot details to the letters and then stamped the "you make me" from the clear stamp set with black ink.  I added some clear sparkling sequins to finish it off.  I layered onto a panel of Cookie Monster cardstock.  Join the weekly challenge here!

Inspired by Challenge - Ice Cream Party

Hello!  It's time for an Inspired by Challenge this week!  I used a older Reverse Confetti stamp and die set called Ice Cream Social.  I really miss Reverse Confetti!   I started by masking off a square on my main card panel.  I then ink blended with Taylored Expressions Cupcake ink and then used Watermelon ink with the small ice cream stamps onto the inked panel.  I then covered it Nuvo Glitter Paste. 

I stamped the images from Ice Cream Social and colored with my Copic markers.  I then die cut them out with the matching dies.  I layered onto the panel with foam tape.   I then stamped a sentiment from the stamp set onto a banner die called Tear Strip Banner die.  Come join us at the Inspired by Challenge - you can use the photo or the sketch!  Link up your projects on the Inspired by Challenge blog!
