Here is my card for this past week's sketch challenge.   I used the MFT Birdie Brown Somebunny stamp set and created a birthday card.

My Favorite Things Somebunny Birthday

Hey there!  Happy President's Day!  I happen to be lucky enough to have the day off and had a three day weekend!   It was pretty busy for me so I have a quick card to share for the My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge.    I created a colorful birthday card.    This is for the sketch MFTWSC215.

Watercolor Valentine

I just love watercoloring.  It is super relaxing.  Making cards is therapeutic to me.    I love being able to create something and wished I could do it everyday.       I was in the mood this weekend to just water color and came up with this card.

I white embossed a Heart Background Stamp from My Favorite Things and then used Tumbled Glass and Broken China distress inks and gave it a wash of color.      I then added a pink heart die cut with the MFT Stitchable Hearts and added my own sentiment using Lawn Fawn Milo's ABC's.   

The dog image is from an Online Card Class for Copic Markers practice sheet that I cut out but the image is available in a Critter stamp set from Lawn Fawn.    I then mounted the water color piece with some Tombow Extreme adhesive and added it to a white card base.  The inside was stamped with a Valentine sentiment.     I made several of them to mail out for Valentine's Day.

Cards from the Heart Card Drive 2105 - Mama Elephant Valentine

I will be sharing some of the cards that I sent in last week for the Cards from the Heart Card Drive this year.   I had so much fun making these and will plan to start earlier next year.   My local Children's Hospital is also doing a collection, so I am going to try to pump out some more this week.    Over the next week, I will be sharing several that I made for the drive.

My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge 213 Pawsitively Awesome

Here is my card for this weeks My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge.   I used my Birdie Brown You Have My Heart stamp set for the sketch.   This set is so super cute.      I am a dog lover and just love the little puppy in the set.     I started by using my Distress inks to create the background to make it look like a super sunny day.   I used Squeezed Lemonade, Mustard Seed and Wild Honey.
