Reverse Confetti New Release Blog Hop!

The Reverse Confetti September release is available now!   There are so many great goodies in this release.   It has some great products to start making your Halloween, Fall and Christmas projects!   We are celebrating with a Blog Hop and you have arrived from the fabulous Melissa Phillips blog!

Today, it's all about treats and packages!    No cards today just ways to make some fun tags to share some handmade goodness!

To start, I made some quick fall thank you gift tags to add to some yummy popcorn bags.    I used the Nuts About You and the Fall For You stamp sets along with the Fa La La circle Confetti Cuts.

Every year, I make my own gift tags for all my Christmas presents.    I created two really great tags for presents that I will be mass producing for all my gifts this year using the Christmas Bear stamp set.

For my background I stamped with Avocado ink onto Avocado cardstock the Sentimental Christmas set to create my own patterned paper and cut it out with the largest Pierced Round Top Layer Confetti Cut.

The large tag uses the Boo To You Circle along with the Fa La La Circle Confetti Cuts layered together, aren't they great together!   I also used the grassy border die from the Nuts About You Confetti Cuts again!   I have been wearing that die out this release!

The second tag is a little more simple and will be really easy to mass produce.

I used Mist cardstock along with some Salsa cardstock with the new Christmas Bear Stamp set and colored the little bear with Copic markers.  I stamped the background with the snowflakes from the stamp set.   I added glitter border to my snowy border (using the grassy border from the Nuts About You Confetti Cuts.)   The tag was die cut from the Fa La La Confetti Cut.

Once last treat package idea to share that can be used for Fall or Christmas.    I made some candy bar wrappers with the Every Little Bit pattern paper pad and added more tags to the top to decorate using Boo To You and the  Fa La La Circle Confetti Cuts.  They were decorated with images from Nuts About You, Monsterous and Christmas Bear.

They are really quick to make:    Take a 6x6 piece of paper and score at 1/2 inch on one end and 2 3/4 inch on the other end.   Use some strong adhesive and add to the 1/2 inch patterned paper side and along the bottom inside.  I crimp the end of mine with a very old crimper but you could add some scoring lines at the bottom to add some more detail.   Take a circle punch or die (1/2 in) and cut a hole in the top for your ribbon and thread my ribbon thru.

I don't measure my ribbon,  I just take the ribbon and wrap around my candy bar and leave enough at the top to make a knot.   I normally use a Hershey size bar.  If you use a bigger bar size you will need to make adjustments with the patterned paper.     You then can slide the candy bar up by pulling on the ribbon knot.

Next up on the hop is the wonderful Heather Pulvirenti!

Please make sure that you hop along to see all the wonderful inspiration for the September release!

Below is a complete list for the hop.

Thank you for stopping by!
