Reverse Confetti October Blog Hop!

Welcome to the October Reverse Confetti Blog hop!  You have hopped to me from the sweet Melissa Phillip's blog!  This month I am sharing a Spooky Halloween card with you using several of the products from the September release and combining them  oldie but a goodie stamp sets.

I stamped several images from the Monsterous, Too Cute to Spook, and the Best Witches stamp set and colored them with Copic markers.   I ink blended several inks over some watercolor paper cut to 3.5 x 9 inches and used a circle mask to create my moon.  I splattered some white paint over the night side of the ink blended panel and set aside to dry.   I used the Pierced Round Top Layers Confetti Cut and some Lead cardstock to create my grave stones.  I sponged the edges with Stone ink.

I also used the border die from the Nuts About You Confetti Cuts and trimmed a long piece of Midnight cardstock.   I just ran it thru my die cutting machine twice to get the elongated border.  Before assembling the spooky scene, I stamped the Happy Halloween sentiment from the Haunt It stamp set and then heat embossed with white embossing powder.  The finished panel was placed on a 4 x 9.5 inch card base of Midnight cardstock.

For my next project, I made two cute little treat packages for Halloween as well.   This time I stuck to the traditional Halloween colors of Black, Orange and White.    I found these yummy peanut butter eyeballs to put in the treat boxes!    I hope these make it till Halloween:-)

For the first treat, I used the Treat Tube Topper and Treat tubes along with the Best Witches stamp set.  I cut white cardstock with the Topped Off Tag Confetti Cut and layered it with Midnight cardstock cut with the Dots Tag Layer.    I added a Tag Duo Confetti cut tag stamped with the Haunt It sentiment and white heat embossed it.

For the other treat box, I used the Box Wrap and Clear Treat Box and cut it from Midnight cardstock. I stamped a monster from the Monsterous stamp set and a small spider from Too Cute to Spook stamps sets and added them to the box.    My tag was made from the Boo to You Circle Confetti Cuts.

Next up on the hop is the adorable Lisa Henke!

Please make sure that you hop along to see all the wonderful projects that the Confetti Crew has created to share with you!  Thanks for stopping by to see me and I hope that everyone has a spooky fun Halloween!

Tricia Barber - that's me:-)
