Countdown to Confetti - Fall Foliage and Cotton & Thistles

Welcome back to day two of the Countdown to Confetti!    Are you ready for some more great new products from Reverse Confetti's September release?    Today, we are sharing two new fall sets, Fall Foliage and Cotton & Thistles.    Can I tell you that I LOVE THIS RELEASE!   I had so much fun stamping and creating with this release.    Fall is one of my favorite time of the year and I cannot help but want to pull out all things fall right now!

I have two projects to share with the new Fall Foliage stamp set.   I created a tag and a card.   I stamped the Fall Foliage stamps onto watercolor paper and embossed with gold embossing powder.   I then watercolored the images with my Magellan Mission Gold watercolors and then die cut them with the Fall Foliage Confetti Cuts.

For the card, I die cut the new Triangles Cover Panel twice from white card stock and then adhered them together but turned each direction to give a layered look with the panel.   I added my flowers and leaves on with foam tape and added a sentiment using the Stitched Flag Trio with Dark Roast card stock and white embossed the sentiment from the Fall Foliage stamp set.

For the tag, I die cut the Abundantly Autumn patterned paper and a piece of white card stock with the Pierced Round Top Layers and adhered them together.   I die cut a Wreath from Dark Roast card stock and a sentiment banner from the Flowers from Mom Confetti Cuts.

For my next card, I used the new Cotton & Thistles stamp set.    Now you may notice that my cotton is pink!   Well I took some creative liberties here and really wanted to add that pop of color to my card!

I stamped the images in Dark Roast ink onto watercolor paper and then used the partial die cutting method to die cut the flowers and the jar in one main piece, in the matching Cotton & Thistles Confetti Cuts the flowers and the jars are actually separate dies but it is really easy to do partial die cutting.   I also used the new Criss Cross Cover Panel die cut from Mist card stock and placed over a Sand card base.

I layered my flower arrangement onto a Pierced Round Top Layer panel that had been covered with a little bit of Abundantly Autumn patterned paper.   The sentiment was also stamped onto Sand card stock with the Dark Roast ink.   I used my Zig's to color this image in.
