I stopping in for a quick share for a card that I created using a stamp that I picked up at the Scrapbook Expo. Love these little images and they are so sweet to color. I used copics to color the image and my Distress inks to add the background. I added some white dot details with my Sakura Gel Pen. Glossy accents was used to highlight the balloons.
