Reverse Confetti January Blog Hop

Welcome to the Reverse Confetti November Release Blog Hop!  I had so much fun using the new products from the release and I have several projects to share with you today.

I made a Valentine box using the papers from the new Forever My Love paper pad and stamps sets from the new release to decorate the top of the box.   I took a paper mache heart box that you can get at any craft store and trimmed several pieces of the patterned paper to fit around the box and lid.

I used the Topped Off Tag and die cut a white tag and stamped in Blueberry Ink using the Something Wonderful Stamp set.   I also die cut a Tag Duo from Piggy Bank cardstock and white heat embossed a sentiment from the Heart Filled Sentiments stamp set.    I love that pop of blue with all the pinks!

Just make sure that when you select a patterned paper for the sides, that you choose one that the pattern will flow, they don't have to match up exactly but flow nicely from one piece to another.   It took three pieces of patterned paper to cover the sides and three smaller pieces to cover the side of the lid.  Even though the patterns are not matched up exactly they still flow nicely together.

I die cut two hearts from the XOXO Hearts Confetti Cuts in Flamingo cardstock.   The coral ribbon, rose ribbon and flowers were from my stash. I added a rhinestone to one of the hearts.   I loved how it turned out and will use it for Valentine decoration on my mantle.

Next up, I made two Valentine Cards with Heart Spots and my cute little Cheetah's are on small action wobblers.   I have some nieces that I plan to send these too!  They are going to love those Cheetah's!

First the first card, I used the leftover pieces from a previous card that I made on Day Two and put those to good use on another card!   The Falling Hearts panel was cut from Rose and White cardstock.

I stamped and colored the Cheetah's from Heart Spots with my Copic Markers and die cut them with the Heart Spots Confetti Cuts.    I also die cut one bird and two of the trio of hearts to use on the cards as well.

I stamped a sentiment from the Kindness Cards stamp set and die cut the Fabulous using the Kindness Cards Confetti Cuts.   I added the completed panel to a Piggy Bank A2 card base.    Below is a little shot of the action wobbler.

For the next card, I repeated stamping the Heart Filled Sentiment in Versafine Onyx Black ink and the final one was done in Magenta ink.   I just used a simple white panel trimmed to 4 x 5 1/4.   I am terrible about placing my panels straight and you can really tell below against that hot pink cardstock!

The trio of hearts was placed on the card with foam tape and the Cheetah is on an action wobbler.   The Cheetah will lay flat for mailing.   Here is the dimension below.

I just love the Cheetah's from Heart Spots they are adorable!   I had so much fun coloring them.   I think they will look fabulous colored in all sorts of colors!

I had so much fun with this release!   All products are available for purchase now!    Today we have a HUGE blog hop to kick off the New Year and New Release.   Jen has planned a fantastic line up with this new release and I can't wait to hop along!
