Today is day three of the Countdown to Confetti and today we are featuring the Greatest Adventure stamp and Confetti Cuts sets. This is just adorable set and one of my favorites! I just love the summery feel of the stamp set. That is exactly what inspired my projects today!
For my first card, I created a shaker card. I am on a little bit of a shaker kick lately and I really am enjoying making them. For my scene I wanted to create the feel of the sparkling water on the lake when the sun hit its for my little critters. I stamped the images from Greatest Adventure onto Premier Polar White card stock and colored with my Copic markers.
I die cut all the images with the Greatest Adventure Confetti Cuts. For the background and water, I ink blended with Island Blue, Lagoon and Iced Aqua inks onto Bristol card stock. I did two panels. One of the panels was cut down into stripes and then I used the Double Scalloped Edge Border Confetti Cuts.
I used Lime Green and Parakeet ink to create my grassy border with the Nuts about You Confetti Cuts. I also die cut some clouds from the Honey Bear Confetti Cuts set. To create the shaker I layered up my images flat to the card base and then added bunches of clear sparkling sequins, crystal droplets and crystal rhinestones. I added the transparency and then added two more of the water panels and added my little critters to the top of the transparency. I added a frame from All Framed Up Confetti Cuts and then added the clouds with some foam tape.
Next up I created a tag for treat bag filled with caramel popcorn. I used the Scalloped Squares Confetti Cuts and ink blended Magenta, Wine, Blueberry, and Bumblebee inks onto a piece of Bristol cardstock.
I added some splatters of Copic Opaque White. I also ink blended on a small strip some Dark Roast card stock. I stamped the images from Greatest Adventure onto Premier Polar White card stock and colored with my Copic's again.
I used the small banner from the Treat Box Combo and some of the ink blended card stock. I added some crystal rhinestones for my smoke. I added my tag with a brad and then tied it to my popcorn bag. What is a campfire without some popcorn!
