Countdown to Confetti - Mod Floral Stack & Pattern Builder

Welcome to day three of the Countdown to Confetti!   Today we are featuring the new stamp and Confetti Cuts for Mod Floral Stack and Pattern Builder.   You are going to love both of these sets!   These are two that you can use to make your own patterns and build your own designs.   First thing that I did was stamp out a bunch of different examples of backgrounds, designs and even used them to create some butterflies!

First up, I used Pattern Builder to create my own background.  I actually had stamped two examples of this and then was playing around with the dies and realized that I could create a layered background with the stamps and dies.

I used the sketchy images from the stamp set and stamped out  with WisteriaParakeet and Bumblebee inks.   I did two backgrounds and then used the largest Confetti Cut from Pattern Builder to cut out the image.    I then popped up each image with foam tape.

I did this over the entire background and then added a frame from All Framed Up.   I added a Midnight banner die cut with the Stitched Flag Trio Confetti Cuts  I stamped a sentiment from The Most Beauty stamp set.

Next up, I used the Mod Floral Stack stamp set and created a floral stack using Blueberry, Coral, Peach and Stone inks and then added a glittered heart form Congratulations Confetti Cuts.    I stamped my sentiment from Mod Floral Stock in the center with Versafine Onyx Black ink.

I cut the panel down with the Pierced Round Top Panel and then stacked into a card base that had been covered with some patterned paper from the Cue the Confetti pattern paper pad.

This pad has so many gorgeous patterned papers with bright and colorful designs.   I want to hoard because it has so many cute patterns.     I added some clear crystal drops to finish off the card.

I decided to use the Mod Floral Stack one more time to create some Butterflies!   The Mod Floral Confetti Cuts made the cutest butterfly so I stamped a ton of the images in various colors.   I actually ended up only using three of them but I have tons of left overs to use for more cards in the future.

For this card I used MagentaWineParakeetLime GreenBumblebee and Buttercup inks and stamped the image with the lighter color and used the darker ink for the bottom tips.   I wanted a gradient increase in color.  The butterfly body is actually from Pattern Builder and it was perfect for the center of the butterfly.

I stamped it in Midnight ink and then die cut it with the Pattern Builder Confetti Cuts.    The background was created with the new Striped Circle Cover Panel.   I backed it with more patterned paper from the new Cue the Confetti paper pad.   I added my butterflies to the card panel with foam tap.   The sentiment was stamped from The Most Beauty onto square that was die cut with Scalloped Squares Confetti Cuts.   I added more clear crystal drops to finish off the card.
