Hello! Welcome to the Reverse Confetti June Blog Hop! You have hopped over to me from the wonderful sweet, Amy Kolling's blog!
I am in love with the new Party Animals Stamp set! I decided to create a slimline card so that I could create little mini scenes on the card. I stamped out several of the images from Party Animals onto Premier Polar White cardstock and colored them with my Copic markers.
I die cut them out with the Party Animals Confetti Cuts. I added details to each one with a white gel pen. For each little scene, I used two of the sentiments and split them into three sentiment strips. One of the sentiments I masked off some of the greeting and stamped it out to make two sentiment strips. I thought the two sentiments went so well together.
I white heat embossed them onto Midnight card stock. It is hard to see in the photos but I used the Pattern Blocks stamp set and using Stone ink I stamped three of the chevron pattern onto the slimline white card base to create a background for each little scene.
I used the stitched square from the Scalloped Squares Confetti Cuts and ink blended onto each with Distress Oxides. I went in rainbow order: Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmalade, Squeezed Lemonade, Twisted Citron, Salty Ocean and Blueprint Sketch.
Next up on the hop is the amazing Lisa Henke! In case you did not start from the beginning, the full blog hop list is below. There is so much inspiration to check out today and be inspired!
