SugarPea Designs - Hello Friend

One of my favorite things to do is create my own background patterns.  You can stretch your supplies and use them in unexpected ways.  With either small or large stamps, you can mix them up in different ways to create a patterned background.   With large stamped images like the Floral Envie stamp set, it is easy to create your own background!

I stamped the large envelope image into each corner.   I then added the butterfly images to the design.   I used black ink on kraft paper, this will make my focal image pop off the page.   I die cut the stamped panel down with the Stitched Rectangle SugarCut.

I die cut a circle from the kraft panel using the Card Front Element Builder II SugarCut.  I then stamped a piece of white cardstock with a sentiment from the Floral Envy stamp set.  I layered this directly onto a turquoise blue card base and then layered my kraft panel on top with foam tape.

The floral image is from Meadow Motifs and it was stamped and colored with my Copic markers.  I die cut the image out with the Meadow Motif SugarCut.   I added this to the panel with foam tape.   To finish off the card, I added some orange crystal jewels.

Hope you have a wonderful day!
