Happy Friday! I am sharing a card today make for the Whimsy Stamps Fresh Friday using several different Whimsy Stamp projects to bring you fun and fresh inspiration!
I am sharing two of the products featured today - Happy Sky and Array of Rainbows.
I love rainbows and hop at a chance to make a card with a rainbow in it! I love the Array of Rainbows die set - it has several different rainbows that you can die cut. I used the large swooping rainbow. The card below is 5 inches x 7 inches so that can give you an idea of how large the die actually is on a card. I love that it also cuts out the stitching around the rainbow. The puffy white cloud die cuts come from the Array of Rainbows die set as well.
I stamped the images from Happy Sky onto Neenah paper and then colored with my Copic markers. I then die cut them out with the Happy Sky die cuts. The smaller stamped clouds are from the Happy Sky stamp set.
The sentiment is also from Happy Sky and was stamped with Versafine Onyx Black ink. To finish the card off, I layered the rainbow panel onto another panel of red cardstock and then created a 5 inch by 7 inch card base -- I cut two panels - add 1/2 inch to one of the short sides of the panel. Score at the 1/2 inch and this will create a hinge and you can adhere to the other panel. I added some Nuvo Drops in Simply White.
