Club La-La Land Crafts - August Monthly Kit Reveal!

 Hello!  It's time for the August Club La-La Land Crafts Monthly Kit!   

This month's kit is about movie night!   I have created two projects using the new stamps and dies from the August kit.  

First up, Movie Night Marci and Comfy Chair stamp sets.    I stamped with the Your Kindness Background stamp with aqua ink onto the Comfy Chair and then trimmed down along the image.  I used my Copic markers to add some shadows.   I have another comfy chair image and colored the legs.   I then  layered the stamped image onto the stamped image to provide a white border.   

I colored Movie Night Marci and her pets with my Copic Markers.  Please see the list below.   I added details to the sweater and bunny slippers with the markers and a white gel pen.   I used the Stitched Elements for my sentiment.  

I die cut the Retro TV and the Popcorn die out from the Hello Life patterned paper pack.   For my background, I used post it tape and ink blending and created a striped background onto the aqua cardstock.  I added a strip to the bottom to mimic trim around the floor.

For my next card, I created a 5 1/2 inch square card.   I used the Hello Life Patterned Paper pack for this card as well.   I used the die cuts from the first card from the Retro TV.   I added the patterned paper to the card panel.   I then added a white Double Stitched Square die cut in the center.  I layered the Retro TV on top of the square.  

I colored my images from Movie Night Marci and Comfy Chair with my Copic markers.   I added details with my white gel pen.   See my full Copic list below.

For the Popcorn die cuts, I die cut them out of white and red cardstock and then trimmed the white and layered onto a red die cut to create a red and white Popcorn box.   I die cut the sentiment with the Stitched Elements die.   I just love this month's kit!   I love having the cute little puppy and kitty with Marci!   This is one of my favorite monthly kits!    There are so many ideas that you can do with this kit!
